In the struggle to find space for storage even under the stones, any place is good to try to multiply the precious useful meters. The bed can be a good element to take advantage of, under the mattress there is a space between two and three square meters that we can choose to leave empty, accumulating dust or clutter, or organize it with a suitable couch.
The market offers different models of canapés with storage. The bases with flip top They offer the entire diaphanous surface and are very suitable for storing large clothes, such as blankets, comforters and even the clothes of other stations. But its opening can be laborious depending on the weight of the mattress and the physical conditions of whoever uses it.
There's also drawer bases, but these are usually limited to four unique drawers that waste the interior space, and those that are located near the headboard are difficult to open, as they collide with the adjacent tables.
The bed that illustrates this post rests on a couch that has multiple drawers, up to a maximum of 16, even with built-in bedside tables suspended from the structure, which allow the opening of the lower drawers.
The result, for practical purposes, would be equivalent to having at least two extra comfortable in the room, being able to store a large amount of clothing. This is a good solution for small spaces where incorporating a piece of furniture would sacrifice even the step.
